where to visit in liverpool

hi all, off to liverpool on sunday for the afternoon, any ideas where i should visit? i've never been :eek:

    its nice around albert dock and the waterfront.. liverpool eye, duck tour, museums.. loads of shopping if that floats your boat :)

    not keen on shopping myself but there's plenty there.. rather be anoraking.. the maritime / slavery museum is well worth a visit.. free too :)

    i'm planning a beatles weekend for ste's stag party, you remember ste my best mate (we both worked on the same section at my old job)

    abbey road studios, the house john lennon lived in and the beatles museum will all be done :D

    There's a tour of Liverpool Football club, a tour of My House (j/k), Liverpool Duck Tour, Mersey Ferries, Speke Hall if you want to go further out the city, 2 cathedrals, one of which has fantastic views from the tower. Tours of the Radio City tower too on sundays, that's a great opportunity to see the city from 400feet in the air.

    radio city tower? as in the radio station :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    i hate heights but anything media related is a must see for me :D
