Nuffield Gym trying it on

Just remembered something. I joined my gym when it was Cannons then Nuffield took it over. When I cancelled that contract I had to have a face to face meeting with a manager to cancel and they treated it like an exit interview with questions like why are you leaving and what would make you come back?0
