Tesco Usage Help!!

Hey,
Tesco only just recently put a usage summary on there site allowing me to see how many MB I used on internet and when my new allowance starts etc... I only noticed this today and was last on the site a week ago and it didn't have it.
I have gone over my allowance by 60mb and they are charging me £260!!
I am 18, just finished college, income is about £40-60 a week so I have no real way of paying this fast.
They most annoying thing is, the last time I called the guy told me that he would turn a feature on, on my account that won't allow it to charge me for internet and will just stop the internet from working, it clearly hasn't done that.
Anyone else had any problems with tesco or any advice to help me out of this predicament.
