sainsburys half price toy sale?when is it?

I'm really disappointed, our local Sainsburys had nothing that I wanted when I went just before 10pm. They didn't really have much of anything except Megablocks. I don't drive so can't get to a better one, there is no one who can look after the kids, and OH is going to work before our local store opens.

Not really sure what to do now

Epic Fail from Sainsbury's. Oh well going to bed in a minute, then instore at 7, only live 1 minute walk away, might as well see what I can get! Good luck to you all for tomorrow!

Its a shame that only a couple of things have changed to half price, just hoping they dont change at silly o'clock whilst we are all tucked up in bed, will be getting up v early though to go to store in morn - got to drop kids off then pick sil up to get to store just after 7, they normally only have a small selection so really hoping they have had some extra deliveries in too.

Well it was worth a try! I just feel really sorry for those that are unable to get to a store or do not have a store near them. I wish there was an answer ie some other retailer offering half price toy sale in the very near future. The Sainsbury sale last year was just so easy as all shopping done in one go!:o

There's not one Toy Story item, not one lego item and not one barbie item in the sale and thats just what I've looked at. Whoever is in charge of their sales is obviously not targeting what kids actually like these days.

Its saved me about £120 though Moneysaving at its best :money:

Sainsburys must have set this up themselves to look to see what the most popular toys are (from what people have put into their baskets) and put all the least popular toys Half Price.
