I randomly bumped into the toy sale last year because I went to do my shopping when the kids were at school. I got som great things for my sons. But my store kept putting the stock out throughout the day. They never knew whatwas in the crates and boxes they were just trying to get it on the shelves as quick as they could. Trolly after trolly of stuff. So I would say if you can and you are desperate for a certain toy, try and hold out for a little while. Also I kept talking to the staff being patient and not getting intheir way or, like other people open the boxes trying to see what it was before they would open it. This got on the staff nerves (and too right) and in the end, when the item I wanted, which last year was the Galactic heroes Tie fighter, they passed me one on the way to the shelf!

I will say one thing though. If you are after Lego or Toy Story then go as early as you can. I managed to get one lego set for my son, and they never had any other crates in the warehouse to put out. I expect the same this year and also the buzz lightyears and toy story stuff to go too.

I have planned my route. Where the toys that I want are. I want some Halo Wars Megabloks, Nerf bullets (I bought my son the Nerf gun the other night 25% off and I didn't want to risk not getting it next week) Buzz lightyear, TS3 soldiers and Generial grievous plane thing. Oh and some Hero Factory lego things.

I just want to say good luck to everyone, and watch your trolleys! Last year people were trying to take my Lego set and Star wars set out of my trolley while I was shopping!!

Does anyone know what time the sale starts instore? Hoping I can get there and back before DH has to go to work.

The store with the huge range of toys opens at 7am by us, i only want a few things so im hoping to get it online, i know if i go isntore i will go mad buying things

Does anyone know if you can save items in preparation for the sale in your basket please or is there a favourites list like boots and marks - want to try and get organised before the mad rush!!

Hi well i have done that sweet you can only try love one woman did it last year and 12.01am the basket was half in price all you can do is try love soooooo excited i am lol i have 4 kids already done over 700 pounds will half i hope lol.
