Just wanted to give a quick follow up to my original post.

I replied with a strongly worded letter saying I wasn't prepared to accept this, pointing out my return address was clearly attached the back of the parcel etc.

I received a reply today in the post with a cheque for the £41 + original postage I asked for and an appology!
