I dont think so, last time you had to fill in a form when you found the last peice and then you get entered into the draw.

Im pretty sure its everyone who gets the correct answers in before an end date get entered into a draw. the very 1st streetseekers went very badly wrong, as they had intended the 1st 10 people to solve it would get a prize, but there was a mix up with the form and more people got it than they were meant to so they changed it to a draw format.
