Help.. Blocked samsung U900??

Hi, looking for urgent help with a friends samsung u900 please.

Long story short he was using his wifes phone and she lost the one she was using. She then phoned up forgetting that the phone lost wasnt actually the same phone the network thought she was talking about, (contracted to her name), so they blocked it.

I know, confusing to explain but now they won't unblock it as they cant prove it isnt the person that 'stole it' so now desperately searching to see if anyone can help me with a way in which to unblock the phone ourselves? Is this possible? Please tell me yes lol

The answer is no. (Wouldn't be much point them blocking them if you could find a way to unblock them on a forum!)

Yea i guessed that, but it is also illegal to do many things but there are normally ways...
