  • Does real download appear in control panel, add remove programs, if so, uninstall it.

There is a malware sticky thread at the top of the page, with links for scanners.

I have msn on my main computer but I cant log on on my laptop. I have tried portforward but that did not help. Basically, I have had loads of help last night and have fixed all the problems except 1, I need someone to help me access secure servers and log on 2 msn. When I troubleshoot on msn the problem it finds is with the key ports and says it could be due to improper proxy or firewall settings. How can I fix these as I dont even know what firewall is on this computer as I got it 2nd hand?!

  • Do you have control panel, security center, does it say firewall enabled in there?
