Tmobile Upgrade problem.. LIERS
I upgrade my contract about 3 weeks ago and was adviced that as a valued customer i would get a free phone(which i had to wait 3 weeks)
and also keep my £20 discount.
I called uptoday to get a upto date bill and there are no discounts showing on the account...   The advisor lied not once but twice
I am not happy, is there anything i can do?

T-Mobile will have the original call recorded. Give them as much information as you can about the call to help them trace it. They will need the following:
The number you called from
The date of your call
The time of your call
The length of your call
The name of the person you spoke to
Give them as many of the above as you can and ask them to review the telephone conversation. Be polite - your post is quite angry and I am sure you feel justified in being upset about this but the chances of you speaking to the same person at T-Mobile again are remote and the person you ask to review the call isn't the one that's to blame for your problem, so don't take it out on them.In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0
