thats good info for plusnet about referer offer. Il bear you in mind if i take out.

As regards to Primus and service. The way i see it. Its a phone line, What could go wrong. Not as if im going to get charged extra for calls or im gonna get a bad line or something.

But that's exactly it. When you dial tone vanishes, and your internet goes down as a result, Plusnet will say "It's your phone line" and Primus will say "Zo zorry! Line bad? Have pick up receiver tried? Have pluging phone into zocket tried?"

If you have hair now, you won't then!

switched to Primus last week and their customer service (if I'm lucky enough to get through to them on the phone or get an email reply) has been atrocious thus far.. I've had to give my credit card details three times and have been given three different stories about when an engineer will be coming to install the phone line.

Having said that, I've not been best impressed with every telecomms c/s I've used (especially Virgin Media)
