Which networks give Picture Messaging MMS out of text allowance?

I'm having a real job finding anyone who does,

i'm with O2 who are removing my £15 per month loyalty discount making them the most expensive network! (although they do definetely give me free MMS using up 4 text)

Short answer is none - O2 were the only network that did this type of conversion (ie 4 = 1), but I understand that they no longer offer this to new contracts.

With Vodafone you can buy a 50mms add on for £2. This seems to be the best value that I've been able to find.
