  • LOL.

I take it its just "don't pick on ISTL night" or something ;)

It seems you can have an argument about me even when I wasn't in the room ;)

It's simple that people realising I wasn't contradicting myself and you were showing bad business sense

  • Still nonsense. The market is NEVER going to be made up of a collective of sellers all wanting to do the same thing, and reduce prices.
    :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

The market is determined by several factors.

I know, many people have explained them to you

Either you have ignored, or didn't read properly. But he has 2 properties. He says he wants prices to fall. Therefore, he WILL lose out on the one thats not his home to live in.

I think you have missed previously that he said he had 4 properties IIRC
Therefore, he has sold 2 properties already
Just annoys me that you (and others) come out with such silly lines just because the other person disagrees with what you would like to see on the HPI front.

I simply want inflation related rises in order for an asset not to depreciate in value.

I think you just had a bee in your bonnet when I picked you up on this thread and you decided that you could not answer or indeed ran away from answering which you critisize other for
