Not getting broadband speed I should be

Ill try to keep this short, ive got virgin cable 10mb internet and the last few weeks ive noticed that im not getting the speed i used to get eg 8 or 9mb.
I keep reading this because the numbers are so high! lol
I just tested my speed with thinkbroadband and I got
speed down - 0.5Mbps
speed up - 0.6Mbps

I get 20mbit with Virgin which is usually around 18mbit.

Try that, I suspect you are 3+miles from one? I think TB use BT lines.... most do.0 -
