Razor Blades

I've got the new Gillette Fusion razor and I must admit, it is very good, however Boots charged £10 for 4 blades (i think).
I use 'Prince' from Lush for my shaving cream, tried the Gillette stuff but I ended up cutting myself with it. 'Prince' is about £4.50 but it lasts for ages and it gives a smooth shave.
I bought an electric shaver a few months ago, and it went blunt really quickly so that's hidden under the bed now
I've ordered blades from ebay before, they never seemed to last as long though.0 -

If you can afford it try the Powered version, it does make a difference.SIMPLE SIMON - Met a pie man going to the fair. Said Simple Simon to the pie man, "What have you got there?" Said the pie man unto Simon, "Pies, you simpleton!"0 -
Is it just me or is there really a need for a razor with five blades plus another one on the back? In 10 years time will we be shaving with razors with 20 or more blades as wilkinson sword and gillette keep trying to outdo each other by simply adding more and more blades thus making the blades increasingly expensive ?
I personally would just prefer a blade made out of a material that didn't go blunt as quickly as todays offerings."A nation of plenty so concerned with gain" - Isley Brothers - Harvest for the World0 -
I share everyone's healthy scepticism about wet shave razor blades and the profits our desire to be clean shaven generates. Nonetheless, I naturally applied to Gillette for a free sample of their new Fusion razor and have been using it every day for three weeks. All I can say is that I am still waiting for its 6 blades to become blunt; they will have to modify it if they wish to sell many replacements.0
