So far have managed to stick to my plans except where working arrangements have altered but days where that happens are few and far between thankfuly:rotfl:. Still trying to use up whats in the freezer and store cupboard so another not so exciting week for me - gonna look something like this
MONDAY
Lunch - at work (salad sandwich of some sort)
Dinner - mince and tatties
TUESDAY
Lunch - chicken burgers
Dinner - at work (will prob buy something there - subsidised cafe)
WEDNESDAY
Lunch - curried aubergine soup
Dinner - Ham, leek and potato bake
THURSDAY
Lunch - bagels
Dinner - at mum and dads
FRIDAY
Lunch - at work - left over bagels
Dinner - mozzarella, red onion and tomato tart
Bagels will be with stuff already in so no need to buy extra but Friday nights dinner will require some shopping but I just really fancy it as I havent had it for ages :rotfl:

Thanks for starting us off, PP.
I wasn't planning on doing a meal plan this week as I'll be out quite a lot, but I've come to rather appreciate being able to look on the internet to find out what's for dinner when I've forgotten.
This week I've got:
Friday - salmon en croute (bought RTC) with HM potato croquettes and some sort of green veg
Saturday - parma ham, smoked mozarella and tomato pizza
Sunday - meatballs in roast HG tomato sauce with pasta
Monday - keema and potato curry
Tuesday - chilli burger for lunch; sandwich or something in the evening on my way up to south London
Wednesday - out all day
Thursday - might have a big lunch on my way home; if not, cheese and onion crispbakes with whatever veg is in my veg box
I'll be baking some sort of cake with plums in over the weekend as I got a huge box of them in today's veg box and I'm not keen on raw plums.
Have a nice week, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
