o2 Help please !!
Hiya!
I have ordered an iphone for my daughter, ordered it online and order was approved. I am already an o2 customer, contract - this is an additional phone, not an upgrade.
I was told that the order was successful and that it would move from " in progress" to " complete" yesterday. This has not happened, and I have been on the telephone and live help being passed from pillar to post, all morning,
Live help told me that the phone was showing as RED - out of stock, and not even available for back order - wait a further 24 hours * before admitting that this would be pointless * then, cancel, and purchase via a store.
Telephone helpline categorically insists there is stock, and they can see no reason why my order has " stuck" - apparantly there is no other department I call call to unstick it, sales wont help as it is not an upgrade, customer services can't explain why it has " stuck" - there are no credit markers on the account or anything. They stated orders do sometimes stick, but while they could fill out a " stuck " form, it probably wouldnt help much - again, no one I can ring to speak to to unstick this,
Please could anyone advise , and could the rep from o2 have a look at this for me - the phone was intended as a gift for my daughter
I tried PM ing o2 rep , with the order number, but i dont think they have this facility.
Many thanks in advance for any help
