Sent numerous messages, finnaly got back to me today.
'i dont want this item as already brought one'

Feel like sending a load expletives back, that won't help!

Just open a non paying bidder on ebay. After 4 days close it you get your final value fees back and the buyer gets a strike. Two of those and they can't buy much on ebay as most sellers have there settings set to exclude those with 2 or more strikes.
  • I feel your pain, I've had 2 in a week - same scenario, still active and buying (and paying for!) other items but totally ignoring me. It's very frustrating.....

  • The fact that you can't leave neg's doesn't help the cause.

Hope you're doing your bit by giving them a strike.

A neg isn't really appropriate, but a strike will prevent them bidding if they get another one!

After opening the non paying buyer against them, you have to wait 4 days, then as soon as it's closed, you can offer it to the next highest bidder, or get your fees back and relist.

Don't forget to BLOCK the buyer!!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Oh yes, I follow it all the way through, give them a strike and add them to my BBL.

    Gits!

  • Had one recently a buyer from Norway paid evetually on Day4 by echeque, contacted them to let them know item would be sent when echeque cleared, never heard anything from buyer..

Today I get a message from paypal saying that the payment has been cancelled, I did not realise you could cancel a paypal transaction without opening a dispute??

Op just make sure they get a strike, its the only way to stop timewasters!

eCheques can be cancelled until I believe the payment has actually cleared.

You may be able to raise a non-payment dispute against them though.

I know how you feel I had a buyer who did not pay after 7 days and no reply to numerous emails, they were still actively buying,I put in a non payment then in the final hour they paid.
I then noticed a few days later that they had won another of my items and again I emailed with no response then I get an email saying that they an not pay for another 4 days,I replied saying I was not happy, still no response so 2 days after they said they would pay I opened a case and agian the final hour and they paid. This was 13 dys after they won. All the time their feedback has been going up and they have been buying several things a day
I blocked them but I was so annoyed!!!

You do know that a buyer can ask Ebay to remove a strike and 9 times out of 10 they will?

Ebay doesnt want to lose buyers......no buyers = no business.
