    I made the call, verified myself and then passed to the missus whilst I did something...she then had the end of the call.

    No, didn't smash the window. The neighbours picked me up and I found the spare keys.
  • Cant you just phone them and ask ?

    I've done this with the Halif** as I phoned to say that I'd been wrongly advised about some money coming out of the account which made me go overdrawn.I knew which date it was which helped. They asked me to hold and listened to the call and wavered the fees. It was simple.
