beepy mobile contract

early this morning my husband went on here and looked up the mobile fone price checker, he decided on the w995 from beepy mobiles, 24 month contract with an inital payment of 63.99 for the free gift, samsung note book, all was apparantly going well, until he left for work and i got a call, all his wages had been taken from the bank 63.99 x4 , we contacted beepy and was told there was no record of any transaction, contacted the bank who comfirmed 4 payments had been made to beepy..... called beepy yet again and same customer service agent then found 1 order but couldnt do anything to return the money until her supervisor returns later this afternoon,, has anybody else had similar problems with this company?:mad:

If you had done your research you'd know the answer. Avoid this company at all costs unless you know exactly what to expect and how to respond. In your case tell your bank that three of the payments are unauthorised and ask them to get them back immediately.
