I think I should try and change my plan, the past two months my bill has been £20 more expensive because of the extra calls I'm making, how do I do this? What should I ask for/say? Is it best to go instore or just do it over the phone?

Call CS and ask them to work out which plan you'd be best on. If you're out of contract you can always look around for a new network with better prices for your usage. . .

But ensure that any change to your existing plan is not treated as a new 18/24 month plan. Make that crystal clear and ask for confirmation in writing/email.
