Which boiler do I need?

Hi

I am renovating a large victorian house with 3 storeys and would like to install 2 en-suite shower rooms - 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the second, in addition to the main bathroom. There are 3 reception rooms, kitchen, utility, downstairs loom 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 attic rooms.

Thre is no heating installed at the moment

I realise that, in order to get the best performance from the showers I proobably need a commercial sized boiler, but can anyone recommend;

1. Combi or ordinary?
2. a good boiler
3. a good contractor in the north east - middlesbrough area?

Many Thanks
