    My dh plays golf and whilst he doesn't like all the gadgets and has everything he needs - he always appreciates new golfballs. My dad and ds1 are the same.

    Another is hubby, and although he is into golf, he really does have everything for that - apart from one of those motorized cart things - and he ain't getting that. Like the drinks suggestion, he is rather fond of Southern Comfort. Like the idea of a wee holiday - might suggest a weekend break for the two of us, think we would both really like that, all depending on finances.

    My Dad. He really does have everything! Am fed up getting him wine, although I know he does appreciate it, it just is getting a bit boring. He does read, but only when he is on holiday???? He plays golf and bowls, but again has everything he needs and more for both - and he has one of those motorized cart thingies too.


    What about a weekend break for your dad also, perhaps a golfing weekend. Or make it so you all can go together, kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
