anyone used intomobilephones.co.uk?

Hi

I am looking for a contract phone and found a website offering what I want at a good price. I have never heard of intomobilesphones.co.uk although they did come when doing a comparison through the MSE recommended mobilephonechecker.co.uk site on martins utilities, phones page.

Does anyone have any experience in dealing with this company? is it safe to use them? do they sell new or refurbished phones? I would appreciate any information in this regard. Also noticed they are on quidco so if anyone can help me out I would be really grateful. Thanks.

Avoid if you can
Intomobilephones.co.uk Very dodgy. Ordered a phone last year and they failed to deliver the line rental discount as promised. Got fed up with chasing them and talking to disinterested call centre staff at my expense. They gave me the usual runaround and made promises to deal with matters but always came back with unreasonable excuses. Informed trading standards who are currently looking into matters but have explained to me that there is not much they can do. The business is dodgy, just check their whois entry. They are registered as a private non trading individual which is a violation of Nominet conditions. I have lost out to the tune of £240.00... make sure you dont.:(

Thanks for your quick reply- have been trying to find more info about the company and was typing 'into mobiles phones' in different search engines and coming up with nothing. You are right, they seem to be unreliable - back to the drawing board then!!!
