the eon v3 is very tempting but i have decided to go for a capped price eon caped 2012... i m gonna sort of pay same prices as i am paying now on standard rate..safeguard if they slapp it up high as they normally do
i have one more question... read through here quuidco gives 100 cash back but somehow cant find that ..0 -
it says on quidco that 55 cashback but only if you gonna pay by basc??!!!!!
the reason i like eon is they seem to have good costumer service plus, im looking to do cavity wall insulation and they can do for 180.00 almost half price of the going rate0 -
help moi please...0

What help are you seeking? It's nothing to do with Quidco, they don't control how the tariff is billed. Some tariffs (usually the most competitive) are only available on monthly fixed DD.
Do you mean 'BACS'? if so I don't understand the relevance. Quidco pay you by BACS-why is that a problem? Paypal is the only other payment option.No free lunch, and no free laptop

help moi please...
You really need to establish your annual consumption in kWh for both gas and electric.
Your supplier should be able to advise you of this. The existing figures seem wrong (as others have suggested) so ask again.
The output of a comparison site is only as good as the quality of the data you input."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
Right .. just as about i was about to go ahead with it, another doubt

i just got lattest bill from edf today
i ll try to list it as it is
so if any one can make a sense of the last three months i ll be greatful
i pay 40.00 a month direct debit
============================================
payment over last period
ammount of last bill = 55.82
payments
june=40
july=40
august=40
total payment = 120
electricity you used this period (18 june to 2 september)
previous lattest units unitr split pence charges
electricity ussed 25299A 25623c 324 first 187 17.8 pence 33.40

total charges this period 47.69
total this period -16.49
====================================
now do i owe them that 16.49?? or what
again 3 months is roughly 110 units per month... 1 unit = 1kwh or am i wrong?
i did put on u switch 170 kwh per month as an average ....0 -
No, you appear to be in credit by £16.49 (hence the minus). You have used 324kWh in 3 months, or average 108kWh pm. That would make your annual consumption 1,296kWh. However remember that Jun/July/Aug consumption will be your lowest quarter-the winter will be higher. Your estimate of average 170kWh pm is probably about right, giving an annual consumption of 2,040kWh-still very low.
Yes, 1 unit = 1 kWh.No free lunch, and no free laptop

i know its low.. i intend to keep it that way;) found a friend of mine who would do cavity valls insulation for very small money if i help a bit, and have applied to capitain cash and other websites for these sockets that hep with standby power waste, and a shower widget have applied for 10 so hope 5 will turn out

loft- my loft got more whool than b and q got in store... whatever s left over from work since i bought house its been thrown up in loft
i need some good radiators now as the existing suck ..and i ll have a word with my 2 month old son, so we can agree with the date we need to turn heating
hopefully not this month
thanks guys and sorry..i dont do many questions normally without doing my long research, but too busy and afraid of missing the train..havent seen prices go down in winter before so dont think will happen0
