You can stream iPlayer to a Freesat enabled TV using a home network, whether you'd get the necessary bandwidth required from a wireless dongle is impossible to say, but unlikely.
You can't just plug a dongle into your TV set, which seems to be what you are asking?
How do you get your current reception-Freeview, Freesat, Sky etc?
The make and model of your TV might be useful as well.No free lunch, and no free laptop
