Thank you all for your helpful replies, I have had an email from the seller who has said she will refund the money in full if they don't arrive tomorrow morning. I do feel for her as she is very disappointed (as am I) as she will have no money for the tickets and will be at the loss of the postage if they do not turn up. I was told that she could out in a claim to recover the money by the RM after 15 days and told her that, but it seems from the posts above that may not be the case? She explained that registered was such a lot more at £5. I have arranged to ring up the sorting office at 7am to see if they are there and drive to the sorting office to collect...so here's hoping.0

going to the delivery office @ 7am isnt much use TBH
staff will most likely start aty 6am and will still be sorting that days mail at 7am
so if the letter isnt there at 7,it doesnt mean its not there that day0
