He's getting confused between 'verified' and 'confirmed address'
To confirm an address, you email a request to paypal, they ring you at your home address, you pick up the phone and type in the 4 digit no. they give you. Voila.My TV is broken!

I've had a reply they are asking about sending a cheque which I've said yes to, they seem nice in their emails.
I'm having a busy evening had an American buyer who thought the GBP price was $ and has pulled out of winning auction. Not a great experience with my first US buyer - but I was nice and said never mind.0
