Please help me! Trying to get contract phone

ok - I have had a contract phone with 3 on a pay monthly basis for over 3 years, however I am pretty fed up with the poor coverage.

Due to a relationship split, I have moved house (renting) three times in 2 years.....and as a result I cannot seem to get a new contract phone with another network.

I would rather not be on PAYG (unless nec) and do require a phone with email and internet capability (ideally the Blackberry Pearl 3g)

I do not want to spend over £20 a month but dont know how to go about this as I have a very good job, savings etc and have never been in debt. I am on the electoral role (but was not at my last place - completely forgot)

But the handset yourself then take out a SIM only contract - much easier to get, especially 30 day ones.

Remember you would need one with Blackberry data included.

yes - I think that might be my only option at the moment - any idea of the best network for Blackberry deals including the relevant data package? Also - where is the best place to buy the phone? ebay?
