I doubt that :S, you have to put in an nus number or ucas number to enter the site. Then the account has to be in the students name, so from what I can tell the earliest you can have it is at 16 with an NUS Associate card, and even then (from my experience) you wouldn't get it due to a lack of credit rating, and the fact that you need at least a Switch/Maestro card, rather than the Solo or Visa Electron that is offered for under 18's.
Thanks for everyones help, in the end I ended up going for an o2 contract, they didn't have as stringent checks, but the deal isn't as good. Oh well I needed a new phone I leave on Sunday!0
