Now I don't know about you, but I've read that email and I've checked the company behind it and it explains exactly how to get a refund!
I don't know many scams that would divulge that kind of information!
And if anyone has lost their receipt with the numbers on it, make sure you give them the name of the paypoint location and time of your transaction. All paypoint shops have an identifier code so your payment can easily be traced.
I would also advise you to contact paypoint directly and speak to them about getting a refund from Clear Pay on your behalf.
