Don't worry she is.
She has four children. I calculate that as 36 months spent being pregnant but she's been pregnant for ten years on TV. Or does she only work when she's pregnant?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

What about the fact that there priority was to replaster and decorated throughout when the windows were in that state, the render was falling off and the bay window was obviously falling down! I'm sorry but you don't need a survey to notice things like that.
Oh and by the way, as nobody else has mentioned it yet, it would be rude not to compliment Sarah Beeny on her very own stupendous.......assets:p

I met someone at a party recently who is the director of this programme. The deal is basically that you look a muppet, but you get the remedial work done at a massive discount, and sometimes even for free. You can see why people think it's a good idea given the price of builders.0

So buy a crap house that obviously needs work doing, feign ignorance and contact channel 4. Get it done up for free.
Sell.

i thought it was a shame that the trees had to come down when the real culprit was terrible foundations. i just don't get all the ooh-ing and ahh-ing over a house that hasn't been built to last. the trees are far more important in the longrun. that house is going to come down at some point.
and did we really make drains out of stuff that looks like old plant pots? Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
Wasn't this on at the same time as the programme on C5 about giant squid? Surely no contest there? They are an EYESORES!!!!0

first post for me!!
I was watching last night and thought only a few years back that Beeny was advising us to buy these houses, do them up and make money!! - how things have changed!
Did anyone else think that or was it just me???0 -
Why dont they rename this programme 'muppets who dont get full surveys done'....
I know, how can they justify getting all that equipment in and the cost to the tv programme to bail out someone who did nothing right?! i could understand better if problems occured after a move!
They should do a programme 'i spaffed 80k on gambling.... give it me back!0
