Not happy with e2save contract on vodafone
Hi, i just got out an e2save cashback contract for 24 months, however i decided to take it out with vodafone rather than o2, who i've been with for ages but the signal was a bit rubbish in the new area i lived in. However vodafone are even worse! I'm a student and both at uni and home the coverage checker said signal is 'excellent' but it ranges from between half a bar and 'emergency calls only'.
Now i'm not sure what to do. If i was on a normal contract with vodafone i would ring them and complain and either try to end the contract or get a discount. But since i'm with e2save aswell surely that makes things more complicated, i'm not sure how it works and what the best thing to do is, if anything can be done? Has anyone been in a similar situation or could offer any advice?

Vodafone are responsible for the coverage and they only need to supply decent coverage for the billing address area.
Sometimes they can diagnose faults if you phone them - could be fault with sim or phone or maybe the network mast near you etc. Phone 191 and raise a complaint basically.
Inside of buildings, coverage is not guaranteed I think.0
