    yep i sent email asking were it was wens today i got it will be sent asap and then got a email saying ity was on way,my email tho flagged it as spam
    Replies to posts are always welcome, if they are done in the correct manner. If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you

    I have just received my phone which I won on the 26/10 - I didnt receive an email from fedex but I did call the number on the original email they sent out on Monday to see where it was.

    As was first ever win - very chuffed to get it in my hand.

    The original WEM said they would be in touch within five days, they weren’t so I emailed them.
    Next email asked where I bought it; I sent reply the same day.
    Reply acknowledged two days later, since then nothing.
    It looks like we will have to keep badgering them.
    All in All a rather bad show from Lucozade. Why could they not send it out the same day that they drew the winners?
    Why have so many of us been waiting for over the promised 28 days?
