Lucozade Energy: Win an iPhone Every Hour

1. Promotion open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man aged over 16 and ROI residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the GSK's agents, third parties, and/or any other person professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Promotion starts at 10:00 on 01.10.10. The first draw takes place at 11:01 on 01.10.10 and the latest time for receipt of entries for the hourly draws is 19:59 on 14.11.10 and for the late entry draw 00:00 on 15.12.10 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Access to the internet and a valid email address are required in order to participate.
4. To enter: log on to www.lucozade.com/iPhone, register your details and enter the promotional code obtained from specially marked packs of Lucozade Energy 380ml (Original, Orange and Cherry flavours), Lucozade Energy 500ml (Original, Orange and Cherry flavours) and Lucozade Energy 1L (Original, Orange and Cherry flavours). All packs are subject to availability. You will then receive a reply email message confirming your registration and eligibility into the next available prize draw.
5. Northern Ireland only – no purchase necessary. Please use the code 4872 when entering at www.lucozade.com/iPhone.
6. A maximum of three entries per person per day are allowed via any entry method and will be closely monitored by online systems.
7. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made by a third party or with automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
8. Winners will be selected every day during the Promotional Period in hourly draws on the hour for all valid entries received each hour between 10:00 and 19:59 and the first person selected will win that hour's iPhone. Entries received after 20:00 will be entered into the next available draw.
9. There will be one final late entry draw for all valid entries received between 20:00 on 14.11.10 and 00:00 on 15.12.10 with an additional iPhone to be won. A maximum of three entries per person will be allowed for the late entry draw.
10. Draws will be conducted randomly, securely and under the supervision of an independent verification service on the hour during the Promotional Period.
11. GSK's decisions will be final – no correspondence shall be entered into.
12. Proof of electronic submission is not proof of receipt of entry. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries delayed or not received due to transmission, network or software problems or for any other reason beyond the GSK's control.
13. There are 450 8GB 3GS iPhone handsets to be won in the hourly draws during the Promotional Period plus an additional iPhone for the late entry draw in November 2010. Each will be available as an unlocked handset. The prize does not include any text, network or internet time and does not include any insurance cover, which shall all be the sole responsibility of the winners. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize.
14. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the relevant prize draw. The winner must then use the contact details provided in the email to arrange for their prize claim to be verified and dispatched. Winners must respond within seven days of the dispatch of this notification otherwise the GSK reserves the right to withdraw the prize and re-draw a new winner for that prize.

Your details will not be supplied to third parties for marketing purposes unless requested by you and will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
19. GSK has no liability to entrants or any third party for any damages arising from the prize or the promotion.
20. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. For RoI, promotion carried out under license issued by Waterford City District Court to Joan Conlon, National Learning Network, Unit 7, IDA Industrial Estate, Waterford.
22. National Learning Network is the training and employment division of the Rehab Group. The proceeds received by Rehab from this promotion will be used to provide training and employment services to people with disabilities and those who are socially disadvantaged. This competition is digusting. I bought one of these bottles. The code is on the OUTSIDE (actually on top) of the bottle cap. Anybody can just walk past in the supermarket and stand there writing down all of the codes. On top of this my code was actually scratched away by wear and tear.
