i think the special characters have to be ! " £ $ % ^ & * ( ) _ +

ie the shift numbers part of the keyboard

By the way, it told me my email was already registered, but then made me fill my details in. I just put a number on the end of my password, and that was accepted.

Hi just a thought but it wouldn't accept any of my password tries, so put in my email and asked for password reminder and seems I had already registered????? so worth a try maybe?

My details were registered with an email address i havent used for a while think it was for another Lucozade comp where we had teams and won money etc (not that i won on that either lol)

That worked, thank you - mind you, old password didnt have any numbers or symbols in it!
