Phones4u Order Confirmation
Hi, I placed an order on Sat eve for an O2 Iphone contract, I received an order confirmation but received no further emails (like dispatch details or that I've passed the credit check etc) Could anyone tell me what this means??? I've tried calling customer services, but they keep cutting me off. Does it mean Ive passed or just been forgotten lol!

I placed an order with phones4u the saturday before last. I was sent an order confirmation but heard nothing else til a parcel arrived on the following wednesday. Inside was the contract, sim but no phone despite the letter saying the phone was in the parcel :eek:. I rang them and they said that there had been a lack of stock of the phones so it would be following within 48 hours. The phone arrived on Thursday afternoon and the dispatch confirmation arrived Thursday night!Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0
