Hi there
I have a glut of carrots, onions and potatoes and I cant think how to use them to make something tasty for 2 non veggies and one veggy. Any ideas - any inspiration?

Though carrots, onions and potatoes all store well in theory so no need to cook them all this week.0 -

Perhaps you could make a luxury mash with this plus some grated cheese and then accompany it with veggie and non veggie bangers

You're right when you say that they store well as they have been storing well for a while!! I am just getting tired of looking at them and think I need to do something with them0

I would suggest Irish stew for the non-veggies. And although they say its traditionally made with lamb, my mum (and everyone elses round my way!) uses shin of beef to make their Irish stew, and its lovely.0

There is a web site but I can't remember what it's called (doh!!) a google search should help. Cheap receipes or something i think the BBC do one. Anyway, bascially it asks what you have in cupboards and creates a receipe around what you've got in. Handy when all your inspiration has gone!! :-)0

A site where you put in what ingredients you have and it gives you a recipe is
