FTB here and got the results of the drainage search, what does a measured basis mean?
This is the term used when it said how charges are raised.
Im currently renting and not on a water meter, so basically is my new property on a water meter or not?

As I understand it Measured means metered.
All property built after 1989 is on a meter(with a few exceptions where meters can't be fitted)
Most times on moving the new occupant has to get a meter fitted - you don't get the option to refuse.
