    Is this one good value?

Clubcard points effectively make it £384

    1 Gig Ram
    60 Gig HDD
    Celeron M 380 1MB L2/1.6GHZ/400mhz FSB
    Dual Layer DVD
    15.4" Widescreen
    Wireless
    3 x USB2

The only bits that seem to let it down are 64MB shared Graphics and short battery life.

Any comments on value at this price??

Got one today to ensure we had the option as they only had 2 left, so may well take back tomorrow and get a £499 Fujitsu Amilo Pi 1505 from Staples instead. That has Intel Core Duo T2050/533 FSB/2MB L2/Wireless abg/512MB Ram/60Gig SATA HDD/Dual layer DVD/Firewire/128MB shared graphics.

    What do you all think???

hmmm not a bad price but not that great, this one at PC world is a bit better looking (less business minded) and has double the memory. Prosessor is a bit slower and the video card isn't as good also doesn't have bluetooth or built in camera but then it is £100 cheaper.

I don't think anyone is doing really good prices on these at the moment,It used to be Dell was always the cheapest but this seems to be changing. It's really up to which one you prefer.
  • nah keep away from intel celery if you ask me. For £100 more that lenovo is worth it

Acer and Fujitsu are usually quite cheap and there build quality reflects this but then you can get quite a high spec compared to the better built ones (HP,Compaq,IBM,Dell,Sony).
