It would be a good choice though, my other choice im looking at is the asus range at scan.co.uk
Battery life is approx 3 hours and I agree that it could do with an extra 512MB memory but its cheap to source.Happiness is wanting what you have, not having what you want.

Not sure if its a misprice but there is nothing at this price level to match from all my research. Awesome screen, core duo and a decent graphics card! Top banana

from reading a couple of reviews, the n100 model keeps evolving. They keep changing the core chipset within it. Dabs list quite a few different models for the n100 but i think all are out of stock.
Ive read a couple of really good reviews (trusted reviews, pcmag) and a couple bad (pc pro, cnet). Apparently sound aint that great and battery life is about 2 hours. Its still a really good spec. Once you get yours post your opinion of it:) It might swing me!0 -

raj -its up there 2nd postof mine.
Its amazing how little thanks people get for their time and effort in posting good deals for everyone to look at...(one thanks so far from over 1000views!)
Tabytha -all the reviews I have read state a battery life of 2hrs 45mins minimum with the mfr stating 3hrs which is pretty darn good for a laptop of this price n spec.Happiness is wanting what you have, not having what you want.
