    Just because a visa is not granted does not exclude you from applying again. Criminal inadmissability can be overcome as well with a waiver of inadmissibility (although the time since the offense would rule that one out possibly).

    Theres reasons why a crime involving CiMT won't be considered as well, such as petty exceptions and Juvenile delinquency.
