    Having read through some of the replies here there are alot of comments that want to pull the trigger on the guy before proper investigation. OK his CS is poor but buyers really should check with sorting office first (assuming they are coming via Royal Mail).

    Sorting office will be open until noon on a Saturday.

    I agree with Hintza............how can someone jump to the conclusion it's a "scam" when the guy has 99.6% positive feedback???????? i.e. less than 1 in 400 have not been happy with him ????

    I recently sent a photo scanner via Special Delivery........bloody thing didn't turn up for over 2 weeks despite my best efforts to get info from PO......I'm only pleased my buyer didn't automatically assume I was up to no good........... unfortunately these things do happen.
    Try and work with the seller to resolve it....not assume the worst of him. He sounds genuine to me...
