What is their feedback like, should give you an idea whether this has happened before. You could contact your local sorting office in case they have tried to deliver but haven't left a card.
  • Did you pay via PayPal? If so, I would open a dispute.

As I said earlier just in case check your local sorting office, I had a buyer who wanted quick delivery I never heard anything 2 weeks later I got a message saying they hadn't received it. At my own cost I had sent it recorded delivery and traced it to their sorting office where it had been sat for the last two weeks. I also had 2 items posted first class take over 2 weeks to arrive.
  • ok il contact them tomorrow?? i take it my local royal mail sorting office??? awk i really up its all just been a mix-up! thanks for the advice x.

They don't specify a courier so may not be able to check at your local office. You could ask seller who has been sent with.
Looking at their feedback doesn't look like they are a scammer just hit and miss with their postage and not good at customer service when things go wrong. I would keep it as friendly as poss with seller until it is definitely a no go, make sure you get your money back, do not pay anything towards postage for redelivery - my first buying experience on ebay was not receiving an item and then being asked to pay for the second postage.

Ask for a refund if they donr turn up. If hes got a pop he will have to claim from the post office not you, so dont get fobbed off.

do a chargeback through paypal and say you will pay if they ever arrive! you have to be careful as chargebacks are on limited time.
