Hello All,

My sister has just rang me to say she has upgraded her o2 contract at Carphone Warehouse today to get the Iphone 3gs. She has then gone in to Phones 4u and seen a much better deal on the Iphone 4......

Not so much a money saving expert!!

She has been really daft but has a lot on her plate at the moment.

Is there a cooling off period with upgrades with o2?

None as advertised. its a right kerfuffle trying to cancel a new phone when you get home to discover you have no signal in your house. short of malfunction (replacement phone ) there is little movement, research before signing is key, not consolation now though.

Sorry, no cooling off if you bought in the shop, only if online or over the phone, when distance seling regs apply. I'm afraid she is stuck with the contract she agreed.
