No-one really likes having to pay BT for anything BUT you do have a lot more choice of ISP as well as offers from companies such as TalkTalk and Onetel as a CPS and also being able to use 18866 and 1899.
When you say you have sign up, has your line been transferred over as yet?0 -

and I think it is a contract for 12 months.
does anyone know if I can get out quick if it was a bad move
any help gratefully received
Regards Lee
IT+ are more expensive than TalkTalk (IT charge 2.9375p/min daytime and 1.175p/min at all other times - TalkTalk charge 2.7p/min daytime and evening/weekend calls are free in the first year.
You can get all your calls free during the day (paying only 1p connection charge per call) using 18866 via TalkTalk - this is not allowed via IT+.
The minimum contract is for 13 months (they won't allow you to give notice until 12 months are up), and if you don't give your notice in at the 12 month point then you are automatically into another 12 month contract with them.
They do mislead in their advertising by always giving their own prices without VAT included, but comparing their prices with the VAT inclusive price of BT.
There is also a £25 charge for switching to them which is hard to find out when looking at their website0 -
It hasn't switched over yet so I have got 7 days to change my

There is a better deal going just now than TalkTalk.

They don't mention a 7 day "cooling off" do they?
This is in the Ts + Cs:This agreement will have the duration of a minimum of 12 months from the date customer signing this contract
If you want to stop the change ring and tell BT you don't want to leave them as well as informing IT+.0
