how to cancel sky living abroad

living abroad and moving to a flat in a condominium which do not allow dish, tried to cancel my sky subscription which i had for over 6 years by phone saying that i am moving abroad, the operator told me to hold on while she checked then the line went dead.
what should i do, cannot phone from england and there are no females living in the address.

Why would you need a " female " living at the address?

Using Sky subscription service outside of the UK breaches their T&C's, probably why they will not deal with your telephone request.

This is a styrange one, you phoned once and the line went dead? well try again.

Or just send a registered letter cancelling your services.
