Epson have the cheapest compatibles for printers, but i would agree that Canon are far superior. It really does depend on your budge for
1. your printer
2. what you use your printer for

The Brother printer I have (DCP350C) is rubbish it jams when I try to feed glossy photo paper through it, it takes a long time to load the print information before printing,, the cartridges are cheap though,"Imagination is more Important than knowledge"0
