  • Completion is meant to be on Thursday of this week, so we may not hear anything until then.

Unfortunately as OP had directed the vendor to this site it might not be a wise move to further publicise their proposed actions or dialogue with their solicitors.
However, if the vendor has bothered to look at the thread then they may now be already aware that they are in a very tenuous position which is likely to cost them big time.

Yes, even if the OP is staying way from this site to avoid publicising their next move to the vendors, I hope they come back on here when all is sorted to update us.

OP was a newbie so I'm not convinced we'll get an update, though I would like one too.

(I know my post count is low but I'm a long-term poster with a new username so I just look new :()

OP - even if you can't say anything is there any way you can just let us know that you'll update us when you can?

Only seems reasonable to do so after all the advice you received.

They may have completed and they don't have internet yet, it took three weeks when moving for my connection to be back up due to virgin incompetence.
