O2's £180 credit deal in March
Hi
I was just wondering if anyone here took the deal with O2 in March where if you took an 18 or 24 month contract out you got a £180 credit on your second bill. Have you received your credit?
Family member of mine took the deal and has still not had their credit. After the second bill they were told it would be the third bill, then they were told they didn't know when people would be credited and everytime they enquire it is just another vague excuse as to why it has not been credited so we were just wondering if anyone else has been having problems.
Thanks!

I got a text from them in June I think, and my account was credited with £180, I could not have the cash but it was used to pay my mobile bills for a few months.........Aiming to be debt free....but still off target0

Thanks, very happy to accept the credit to the account and it can cover the bills for the phone but they just keep giving one excuse after another but at least I know they have paid out to some people. Think a registered letter to them is next step as calls and e-mails have been useless.0
